Allow app installation
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and allow installation for Downloader if required. On newer devices, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and select your device name seven times if developer options are hidden.

Choose your device
Amazon Firestick & Fire TV
We send you our app as an APK link. The easiest way onto a Firestick is the free Downloader app.
Install Downloader
From the Fire TV home screen, search for the free Downloader app and install it.
Enter your download link
Open Downloader, tap the URL box and enter the verified APK download link supplied to you. Then press Go.
Install the app
When the download finishes, select Install, then Open.
Log in
Enter the username, password and server URL provided with your account details.
Start watching
Your channels, movies and series will load according to your subscription.

Install our own app directly from the link we send you.
Open the link we sent
On your Android device, open the APK download link from your email or WhatsApp.
Allow the install
When prompted, allow your browser or file manager to install unknown apps. Depending on your Android version, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps and allow the relevant app.
Install & open
Tap the downloaded APK file, choose Install, then Open. Only install APK files from a source you trust.
Log in
Enter the username, password and server URL from your account details.
Watch
Your available channels, movies and series load once the connection is configured.
On an Android TV box?
You may also be able to use the Downloader app
with the same download link, depending on your
device and Android version.
Samsung & LG Smart TV
On compatible Smart TVs, use IBO Player with an authorized M3U playlist provided for your account.
Install IBO Player
Open your TV's app store — Samsung Tizen Store or LG Content Store — search for IBO Player (also listed as IBO Pro Player, where available), and install it.
Open it & note your details
Launch the app. If displayed, note the MAC address and Device Key shown on screen. Keep the app open while completing the next step.
Activate online
On your phone or computer, open the official IBO Player activation website. Follow its instructions, enter the device details if requested, and add your authorized M3U playlist URL.
Reload on the TV
Return to the TV and restart or reload the app. Your playlist and available TV guide should load when the details are correct.
Done
Browse the channels and other content available through your playlist.
Other Smart TV apps work too.
Set IPTV, Net IPTV and Smart IPTV may support
M3U playlists on compatible TVs. App availability,
activation requirements and fees vary. Follow
the selected app's official instructions.
iPhone & iPad
On iOS, use Smarters Player Lite, if available for your device in the App Store.
Install the app
Open the Apple App Store, search for Smarters Player Lite and install the compatible application, if available in your region.
Choose login type
Open the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API, if supported by your app version and account.
Enter your details
Enter a name for your playlist, then the username, password and server URL supplied with your account details.
Add & load
Tap Add User or Login, depending on the app version. Your available channels, movies and series should appear after loading.
Prefer a playlist?
Choose the M3U playlist or URL option in the
compatible player, then enter the authorized
M3U link supplied to you. The exact menu names
may differ between app versions.
